Hey Everyone, hope all of you are well and healthy. This is non-professional recording of a workshop I did with my yoga partner in zen, Michelle Davis. If you ever wondered what a workshop with Michelle and I is about, this is it. The digital recorder was placed on a window ledge to capture both her speaking and the music. It was never intended to be released, but we won't be doing another workshop for awhile, so we wanted to get it out. The price is free BUT i'm using this as fundraiser for Michelle, since she can't do any live classes for awhile. So anything you can contribute would be most appreciated. I am forgoing my half of the revenue this generates, to help out Michelle, who I have known for a long time and is an amazing Yoga Practitioner.
